Why pick me? What is so special about Michelle Weise? What will I offer you that a ton of other coaches will not? Rather than toot my own horn, I will let the folks who have allowed me to be a part of their journey and help them fulfill their potential whether it is part of their fitness journey or some other part of their life that truly matters.
Two weeks into this program I am down a couple pounds and have more energy then before. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to run a marathon, but definitely feel more awake during the day and ready to tackle some long overdue "chores"--like cleaning my laundry room and hanging kitchen curtains this weekend (which I have put off for 8 months) For the last two weeks my exercise has been 3 sessions a week of walking as I am building up my stamina slowly due to having a bad knee. Really easy, just listening to my tunes and boogeying around the neighborhood, not very strenuous which is why I am rather shocked I dropped a few pounds already.
After a few more weeks in our Fit Camp, Christina writes:
I am conquering my worst habit this week--quitting smoking. I have done this a million times before and really do not ever want to start again! I am using nutrition and exercise to replace bad habits with good habits. I need all the help and motivation in the world right now;)-Christina C.
Christina did conquer smoking and has been smoke free for several months. I struggled with this myself so I know it was not easy. What it proves is that with the right support, guidance and motivation we can replace bad habits with good ones.
This one is truly humbling because I find it a privilege to be a mom who sets the example, but when you see what that means to your kids, it also becomes an honor to serve.
