When you cook at home you know what it is that you are putting in your mouth because you prepared it yourself. Aren’t you worth taking the time to cook a meal that is healthy for you? It just so happens that cooking is a passion of mine. I just love, love, love to cook. I know, I know, I am the weird one here. Because I am the weird one, I want to put together some really simple recipes so that you can prepare meals at home. Some meals take less than 30 minutes to prepare. So there is no excuse why you can’t prepare your own meals. Cooking can be simple and satisfying both to the palate and the pocket book!
