3 ounces chicken, cooked
1/2 ounce fresh mozzarella
1/2 cup mixed salad greens
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 ounce peppers, red, flame roasted
2 tablespoons basil, fresh, chopped
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 low carb flour tortilla, 6"
Dice chicken and cheese. Toss with next 7 ingredients. Place on tortilla. Wrap or fold and enjoy for lunch
Makes 1 serving.
Tip: For additional servings, just multiply the ingredients by the number of servings you would like to make.
